Cynthia is a talented mechanical engineer and Associate at LCI Consultants, a leading Australian firm known for its innovative building services. Based in Sydney, she has over seven years of experience contributing to residential, commercial, retail, aged care, childcare, hotel, and mixed-use developments.

A former MLC School student from Year 6 to Year 12, Cynthia was Sutton House Co-Captain in her final year and competed at a national level as part of the NSW Rhythmic Gymnastics State Team and IGSSA team. Following school, she earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sydney.

Cynthia began her career at Viscona, followed by ADP Consulting, where she rose to the role of Mechanical Engineer. In 2022, she joined LCI Consultants as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, and in recognition of her skill and leadership, she was promoted to Associate in 2024.

Known for her disciplined work ethic, collaborative approach, and innovative thinking, Cynthia plays a key role in delivering high-quality projects. Her ability to engage diverse teams and her broad sector experience continue to drive success in building design.

Cynthia’s career exemplifies technical excellence and a commitment to enhancing the built environment through engineering.
