Members of the MLC School community had plenty to celebrate as our students enjoyed an unforgettable Chelsea FC Women experience at Allianz Stadium.

Our footballers were invited to attend an open training session with Chelsea FC Women, giving them the chance to watch elite international athletes up close and gain a special insight into the pace, skill and professionalism of the women’s game at the highest level.

The experience was made even more memorable when Australian football star Ellie Carpenter took time to meet MLC School students and sign autographs, creating a wonderful connection between our girls and one of Australia’s outstanding international sporting talents.

The following evening, students returned to Allianz Stadium to see Chelsea FC Women take on the A-League Women All Stars, bringing the excitement of the training session to life in a match-day atmosphere.

These opportunities reflect the strength of the MLC School network and the School’s commitment to opening doors for students through sport, connection and aspiration. For our young footballers, it was a reminder that with dedication and ambition, extraordinary pathways are possible.
